LITERACY CENTERS
This workshop provides participants with guidelines to create effective literacy centers in their own classrooms.
Literacy centers offer meaningful learning experiences where students work independently or collaboratively to meet literacy goals. At the same time, centers give teachers the opportunity to focus on specific areas of study.
Presenters will share strategies for small group interaction to develop reading and writing skills.
