CONSTRUCTION EFFECTS ON ANIMAL HABITATS - Ian M.

I could have chosen a different subject but the subject I chose was on how man made constructions makes an impact on animals and their habitats. I know that this affects them a lot in migration and make a lot of problems for them. A lot of animals die every week here in Panama because of road kills and construction. On the highways the animals try to cross but at the middle there is a concrete wall in the middle and when they try to go back to their side they have a really big risk of getting run over by a car.

Another problem is that some people cut down trees or the habitats of the animals for construction and they might die or mess up their migration or mess up their reproduction and they might not be able to reproduce and get bigger in number and also it affects their food.

What I want to address is that every day, every construction site or highways or road, has made an effect on these poor animals. Every week, dogs and sloths die trying to cross the highways and they end up being road killed. No matter how endangered that species is humans still build or kill.
